What is the difference between a tutorial and an SOP?
It is the same content in two forms. The tutorial plays online with an animated cursor; the SOP (standard operating procedure) is the numbered version you export to PDF or Word and file. Edit the steps once and export a fresh SOP whenever the process changes.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Sopulo runs in the browser. You paste screenshots you took with any tool – Print Screen, Snipping Tool, your phone.
What if the mock-up isn’t accurate?
Ask the AI to fix that screen, edit the step by hand, or use the original screenshot as a picture screen. You can also build a tutorial entirely by hand.

Can I start from a link instead of screenshots?
Yes. Paste the address of a web page that opens without signing in: Sopulo opens it, takes the screenshot and reads the page’s HTML and CSS, so the AI copies the real texts, colors and sizes instead of guessing them from a picture. For anything behind a login, paste a screenshot. A captured page counts as one of the 8 screenshots.
Who can see my tutorial?
Only you, until you publish it. A published tutorial opens for anyone with the link or QR code, no account needed. Unpublish it at any time.
Which languages are supported?
Captions can be generated in English, Polish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Ukrainian, Czech and Dutch. The editor itself is in English.
Can I turn a tutorial into a video?
Yes, on the Advanced + Video plan. One click in the editor renders the tutorial on our servers as a Full HD (1080p) MP4 – the same cursor, typing, zoom, highlights, notes and captions as the player, without sound. It takes a few minutes, you can close the editor meanwhile, and then you get a download link. Each render uses one of the plan’s 20 videos a month, not an AI call.
